Olga admitted to Cadia Healthcare Annapolis after a brief hospital stay leaving her weak and unable to walk. She was highly motivated and determined to return to her home, job and drive her car again.
Her plan of care included Physical, Occupational and Speech therapies as well as nursing intervention for increased pain.
In only two weeks, Olga’s determination paid off. She was walking and successfully performing her activities of daily living.
On the day of her discharge, she dressed herself in a beautiful outfit, and walked herself out the front door! She waved farewell to the Annapolis team, and began her journey home.
